Our experienced and hands-on team guides and coaches each General Manager and hotel’s senior team on a daily basis, implementing best practice at every level in the business. The operational team undertakes regular hotel operational and financial reviews driving performance.

Our current portfolio of hotels include the 120 bed Hampton By Hilton Croydon, 110 bed Mercure Edinburgh Haymarket, 172 bed AC Marriott Manchester Cable Street and 150 bed upcoming project in Edinburgh Torphicen Street.

We are continuously looking to increase our footprint in the UK hotel market. Our development team is in contact with leading property agents in the UK while conducting their own research for viable sites.
